Problems During Registration

We noticed some problem occur frequently during registration. Please see below before you call customer support.

Common errors during registration

This value is already used in the system : An account exists with this User name

'Password' not confirmed error : password you typed does not match

'Email' this value is already used in the system : An account exists with this email address.

Email format is not valid : Correct email format was not used

Make sure to fill in all the required fields (fields with asterisk (*) are mandatory)
